: Very spacious room. Location was near metro. Ramen restaurant downstairs was awesome.
: The high cleaning fee was a surprise. Parking fee was high compared everything else in the area. We had an upstairs neighbor that stomped pacing all hours of the night. Floor was not clean and turned all of our feet black. Couch was stained and uncomfortable. Urine smell in the closet.

: I was charged full payment a few weeks before staying there and washappy with the apartment going by the photos but upon arriving,collecting the keys from an unpleasant front desk male employee turnoutthis was nothing like in the photos and later received a letter on checkin saying they had sold the apartments and was checked in to a totaldifferent and smaller apartment. Originally the one I had booked was aone bedroom with living and kitchen apartment instead got a studioapartment. I don’t recommend Ginosi apartments to anyone. Falseadvertising with full payment deducted too early and not what we paidfor!!! Ripped out!!!! Their customer service was very poor and this hadno car park space, charging $30p/n Rip off considering the amountthey charge for the apartment that I never got to stay in going by thebooking.com photosThanks for nothing Ginosi Apartments
