  : If I could give this place 0 stars or a negative rating, I would. This was the worse booking I’ve ever done. I’ve traveled to 35+ countries, so I have quite a bit of experiences to compare to. Let me start with the listing. I booked a week in advance, so there was only one type of room to choose from as everything else was sold out. Nothing on their listing description stated that there are multiple room options to choose from. So, I naturally thought that I get what’s in all the pictures, right? Nope. Upon arrival, I notify the check-in person that my 4 girlfriends and I were not going to stay in a hostel-looking room. They moved us to an open Glendale apartment and agreed to refund the difference. They eventually did, but after me having to fight for it by calling booking.com’s customer service, since this property’s customer service blocked my cell number after we checked out. Throughout my stay, they were also ignoring my texts about my refund, but they didn’t block my number until after we checked out. How do I know that they blocked me? When I call them with my phone, it never rings and goes straight to voicemail. When I call from another number or a blocked number, the phone always rings. No one answers, though. Big surprise. It’s been 2 weeks since my check-out and I still have not gotten my $250 deposit back. I now have to jump through hoops with booking.com’s customer service, since they said that there’s not even a notification in my account from this property to release the deposit fee. Stay away from this property!
