  : Proximity to LAX. On the plus side, the shuttle service drivers were both very kind and professional, the hotel room was attractive and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice with a separate toilet room.
  : The initial encounter with the receptionist who said the hotel was sold out before verifying that we had a reservation. She first asked us, “Did you make a mistake and book for the 28th instead of the 27th?” “What time did you book it?” I had booked it before midnight on booking.com and had the correct dates on the reservation. I handed her my phone with the booking.com reservation confirmation for the 27th and she found a room for us. Sadly, the AC in the room didn’t work and the room temp was 79 degrees (even after following the instructions on the wall), the shampoo dispenser in the shower was off the wall and placed on a shelf, the hair conditioner was empty. Given our need for sleep and being told the hotel was sold out, we figured there were no rooms to move into, so we went to sleep.The breakfast buffet had eggs, Canadian bacon, carnitas, yogurt with cantaloupe, watery oatmeal, waffle maker, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins cream cheese, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. Unfortunately, because people can be slobs, it was not tidy or clean. The door and push bar leading out of the breakfast room was covered in old food and sticky. The waffle maker dispenser was broken and a nice staff member tried to repair it and was not able to do so. He suggested I open the lid and dip the cup in to get the batter. We would not return to this hotel.

  : The location to airport and availability of shuttle 24 is th3 best, and a lot options for breakfast. Very comfortable stay.

  : Perfect little respite, close to LAX. I love these little apartment-like rooms...and 5 stars for the brilliant side magnets on the black out curtains!!
