  : We liked the windows in the front that provided great lighting into the living room and kitchen. No need for lights during the day. The outdoor lounge area was a nice touch.
  : To start off, I had to reach out to SobeNY for the check-in information the day of. Once in contact with my representative Zac, he was responsive but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after my check-in to retrieve the key out of the box at 7Eleven. It was supposed to be available at 3pm, but I was told by Zac that the housekeeper wasn’t finished cleaning and they would be on the way. Later that evening the garage key fob just malfunctioned and we were not able to get out of the garage and missed our dinner reservations. Our rep didn’t respond until later into the morning the next day and offered to bring us a new fob the next day, but at that point it didn’t help the dinner with our buyers that we also missed.To make matters worse, there were half rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms and a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There were no floor mats, only three washcloths and four towels for four guests staying 5 days. That meant we had to wash linen after just our first day. The dishes, utensils, pots and pans were absolutely FILTHY! We had to go to a store and purchase toilet paper, paper towels, wash cloths, towels, and utensils as well as rewash the dishes before we used them.The apartment is not kept up at all. It’s supposed to be a luxury apartment and that was the furthest from the truth. There were several knobs missing on the kitchen drawers. The dining room chair cushions were out of form and so worn that we couldn’t even sit in two of them the whole time, light bulbs were out in the hall bathroom and the coffee table has chipped wood.In addition to the issues with cleanliness of the kitchen, there was hair in the bathroom showers, all of the hard surfaces were dusty and the floors needed to be mopped so badly.The stay was awful in a lot of ways and we were utterly disappointed throughout our entire stay. It was not even worthy of 2 stars. When mentioned to my representative Zac, he offered a very small discount.

  : Too much suspense in booking, different agreements were sent too late to sign for confirmation. washing facility was mentioned in the booking, however it was as not there and host just said “if it is not there, it means it is not there. initially checkout timing was mentioned as 11 o clock and later asked to check out by 10 o clock without any reason.

  : The apartment was nice only thing the floors were very dirty you could hear everything through those walls people walking by talking going to the elevator you can hear everything

  : maybe everything also you’ll not know the real address until same check in day also receiving keys is not easy and to get the parking keys you have to get the apartment keys first from the market then get the parking keys from the apartment. everything not nice Except ( big apartment and free parking )
