  : You sent me to Santa Monica to a room that wasn’t working. Rosie said she would give me an “upgrade”. Yea upgrade where the bathroom mat was so sticky and dirt it was stuck to the cabinet. The sheets were dirty Multiple things didn’t work like the light in the dark shower and there was barely any soap or toilet paper. But the worst thing of all was that I missed my meeting by 15 min on the wild 2 hour goose chase you sent me on also wasting my gas.

  : 1. Parking was included, and is right in front of the property, which was super convenient.2. The kitchen was well setup.3. The rooms were clean, and large enough.4. Location is great, and is right near the 33 Metro bus stop.
  : The only issue we had was the heating was insufficient for one of the rooms. This room got really cold at night.

  : No A/C BECAUSE WAS BROKEN AND ALSO THE HEATER WAS RUNNING constantly.TOO HOT. BED LINEN SMELL VERY BAD., SPIDER WEB IN ROOM, VERY DIRTY ENTRANCE AND ROOM, VERY FEW KITCHEN ITEMS, KITCHEN AND BATHROOM DRAINAGE SMELL VERY BAD.To rent, look for a safe place for my family in L.A. and I found on the WEB a safe place in Washington Blvd. CA 90232, but when I took the unit I was surprised that this was not the address of the unit I rented, they gave me a unit on Venice Avenue, CA 90019 which is a not very safe and dangerous place.This is a fishing busineses or fraudulent business.The owner was very rude in sustaining these problems, she made no effort to fix the situation, on the contrary, she asked us to leave the unit and we would lose our investment.Booking.com informed us that the owner did not want to collaborate in providing solutions.

  : Nothing. kids crying and stomping/banging the walls at 3:00am and horrible experience, dirty and trash in the kitchen and restroom. The worse was picking up the keys it took like and hour. False advertisement, I was overcharged, smaller beds, extremely dirty, different location. Worst experience ever, avoid at all costs. Cleaning fee, deposit, and service fees are a scam.
