  : Location (depending on what you do in LA), free parking, modern building
  : The Internet connection was terrible, bedding was not supplied for all guests (and had to wait till 10pm after a 12-hour flight to get them in a supermarket bag outside the door, after contacting the host). The host became completely non-responsive after the 2nd day! The items supplied in the kitchen were in random numbers and insufficient. The sofa bed wasn't a proper bed but a torture machine. Some of the lights were not working and eventually the electricity of one of the bedrooms stopped working. The sink had issues but the host never responded on that when we reported it. Overall a negative experience, I don't recommend staying there.

  : The apartment was a good size and comfortable. It is well placed and secure.
  : When we arrived, there was old food still in the fridge and a full garbage bag in a cupboard, full of rotting food. The rest of the apartment was clean-ish, but it was debatable if the sheets had been washed properly. Picking up the keys is an issue, the lockbox location is either 25 min walk or a drive/uber away, which is an issue if you don't have a rental car. The area this is in, is also not great. The apartment also needs some maintenance, the tap in the main bathroom is loose and moves easily, some bulbs don't work and the WIFI is very intermittent. The host is also either very slow to reply to issues or doesn't reply at all, the only time he does get in contact is with instructions, of which they are mainly focused on not letting residents know you are renting the place. Was promised a 20% refund a few days after the stay, but almost a month later, after chasing, we still have nothing...

  : is this some sort of joke asking me to rate my stay? I was contacted by this accommodation 5 days before we were due to stay there saying my booking had been cancelled due to them overbooking. I booked this accommodation in February to make sure we got the type of accommodation we needed. Do not book with this company we found it very difficult to find somewhere else to stay after being let down at the last minute.

  : No contact with personal 0%. After we came, no instructions, no personal anywhere, no answering. Really terrible start. No wifi whole time, personal texted us they will fix it but then they never texted back when we said it is still not working. Located very far away from everywhere and in homeless area. No public transport, only uber is available. Two towels for four people and it was dirty. So we needed to use ours, 3 strollers of toilet paper for 4 nights. Originally we booked different flat in different area, they change it one day before our arrive.

  : 1. Good location. 2. Conferrable.
  : 1. Trying to contact the company was impossible. They had an answerphone, but did not retrun messages. 2. The hit you with a whole pile of conditions you must abide by (dont talk to other residents or staff). 3. Collecting the key was difficult. From a convience stroe about 2 miles away. Difficult when your wife is on crutches. 4. Some of tyhe lights didf not work. 5. No tea towels or spare bin bags in the kitchen. 6. No kettle in the kitchen. 7. The locat "host" only made his presence known by email. 8. The local host was more concerned with telling us how much they would charge for lost keys than helping us.

  : Good location. Comfortable rooms. Reasonable rates.
  : Confusing instructions for check in. TERRIBLE customer service. We could not get Wi-Fi for our entire stay. The thermostat was controlled by Wi-Fi, so we couldnt turn the AC on. Management was completely non-responsive. At the end of our stay, the water shut off as we were checking out so we were unable to take showers in the morning.

  : Large two bedrooms apartment with two double beds. Good location at the top of bunker hill in new building with pool, parking, residents lounge at the top floor. Stayed for a week but could see myself staying there longer if I needed to be downtown.
  : Apartment is starting to show some wear and tear the host may want to fix (door handles, toilet seat, bed frame, etc.). The flat could do with some better bedding and towels being provided.
