  : We liked how it was easy to get to and locate, the rooms were also big. The staff were really nice and accommodating. There was a security guard every night on watch (please see my negative review below) we did meet him and he was lovely!! He also helped us park our car we hired. The room was also very clean and they cleaned everyday (the only thing we noticed was the shampoo and body wash was empty the whole duration of our stay).
  : We felt unsafe in the area a few nights due to the amount of homeless people in the area we were not aware of. If you do stay here just be aware the area is not the best. One night we did have 2 power cuts which were a little annoying however no fault of the hotel. The shower was also freezing cold on the last two days and we couldn’t heat it up as-well as a sharp object on the floorboard which we stood on a few times but managed to remove. A few nights too we could hear footsteps outside our door and above us which was strange as we didn’t have anyone above us, this did put us on edge and to be honest as we couldn’t sleep most nights. We were in a suite which was beside the car park and away from the main area which did make us feel like we were on our own and not safe. I also think the room keys to the hotel could be changed as the keys are quite bulky and hard to store when your going around theme parks all day.Overall I think if we did return to LA we would look for somewhere in another area due to how bad the surrounding areas are to this hotel, we also thought the cost was very high for what we got and for how unsafe we felt. If you are wanting to stay here I’d request a room closer to reception.
