  : The apartment was on the 7th floor so you could see the city and catch a good breeze on the balcony and Its close to shopping.
  : First the check in process was ridiculous. We had to wait for the key longer than expected even though we notified the property of our arrival time. They stated they key was late because the apartment was being cleaned only to get to the apartment and it was not clean. There was dirty towels left in the bathroom. The shower was filthy with dirt and grime. There was no hot water for the first 24 hrs we were there. There were broken items inside the property which I notified the property they offered a 10% refund which I still did not receive. The block has a lot of homeless people, prostitutes, and crack heads walking around. The area is very noisy all night long.

  : The fact that the host wanted me to return the key to the lockbox a couple blocks away when I should of just left it in the apartment building at check out.

  : The A/C went out the 2nd day we were there and no refund was issued after the staff stated they would issue a refund. Horrible.

  : The apartment was nice and spacious for the 5 of us. Nice big rooms, kitchen and bathrooms with great panoramic view of downtown.
  : The master bed was not stable and wobbly where we feared it would break in the middle of the night. Also the pull out couch was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs of the mattress so my son slept on the coach instead.

  : The property itself was very roomy and nice
  : No working internet, no TV, no Dishwasher floor was dirty carpet was filthy sofas had stains on them,bed sheets had stains on them (i washed them after check in) there were no comforters only worn off bed spread to sleep rooms were super bright in the mornings no dark window coverings i am really disappointed if it wasn’t Booking.com I would have never chosen this place :( I wish I could add more pictures

  : I like the feel of luxury and the feeling of being safe even if the area was not.
  : In the master bath the shower door was missing. So when you shower water would go everywhere. To be a 2 bedroom unit we didn't have enough towels for a family of 4. We had one face towel and three drying towels. So we had to go out and buy some extra towels. Also, we had to provide our own tissue because there was none.

  : The apt itself is spacious and sensibly priced for LA. The building is completely new, with lovely common areas and a great gym. The building itself is only a few blocks from the nice part of Downtown LA. Skid Row, the homeless community, are nowhere near you. It feels safe.
  : You have to go to a different location than the apt building to get the keys from a 7-11, which really isn't what you need after a long flight and a car rental. The apt itself is comfortable and spacious (2bed/2bath) but the furniture is worn and the decor is nonexistent.The company does not have a good relationship with the building management so they basically offer up a code of conduct for "guests". No gathering in the lobby and whatever you do, and ABSOLUTELY NO PACKAGE DELIVERIES! Also, I had a hellish experience trying to recover a forgotten item. In terms of hospitality... well the hospitality is also nonexistent. The boiler-plate messages are too long and too many are to be effective. And your 'hero', Sobeny's answer to the Airbnb host is underpaid and probably overextended. Every staff member I interacted with, save one person, retorted at my every question; even customer service! I got this angry e-mail from customer service telling me I had to talk to my "hero" who had gone more than 24hrs without messaging back. "He is your point of contact," they said. They're angry? A point of contact needs to contact! Long story short, the customer service is abysmal - they scold you for needing help!Sobeny, the company, is just a poor incarnation of the new apt hotel craze, doubt they will go the distance. In sum, if you are a very independent traveller, it's worth it. If you are not, this company can't offer the Airbnb Superhost experience.

  : Apartment is good, has all the amenities you need. Shopping district is around 500m away. Lots of food options and restaurants nearby. There is an Indian restaurant just across the street so pretty convenient to have vegetarian food in case you are travelling from the Indian subcontinent.
  : Since the apartment's exact location was not mentioned at the time of booking, I found it a bit hard to reach the right location. This happened since I took a 22 hours flight and the exact information was shared with me while I was travelling so I missed it. The apartment is right in the middle of 2 metro station stops so you have to walk around 500m to access the metro (I wouldn't recommend using metro these days).
