  : We cancelled breakfast because the time was only 07.30 till 8.15 too early when you are on a break.
  : The shower when put on the high setting when from hot to cold all the time, you had to go to the eco setting which reduced the water flow greatly

  : Easy to locate with a smart sign. We liked the beach front location. The staff were friendly and the room was modern, a good size, clean and overlooked the sea. It was nice that tea, coffee and uht milk was provided and a fridge for our own provisions. Private carpark was also good. Check in/out was straight forward.
  : It was a little tatty in places ie paintwork on stairs and outside too ie above the entrance. Although we could open our front window the noise from the fan outside underneath meant it wasn’t pleasurable therefore remained closed most of the time. The description stated toiletries included - there were two refillable similar looking bottles by the sink and the labels had almost worn off - think one was handwash but not sure of the other. The complimentary digestive and bourbon biscuits were underwhelming and not eaten -would’ve been nicer if they were better quality ie shortbread or similar. The kettle was difficult to fill due to the angle of the sink and tap. Also I hardly slept on the first night as the pillows were extremely firm. I asked one of the staff for some softer pillows however advised no alternatives were available.
