  : No electric kettle in room. An electric kettle for making tea/coffee in a room is a must for any Hotel, I even found a kettle available in airbnb that I stayed.

  : convenient to the station and the Grotto. big window that i could fully open. the staff were super helpful, even in the middle of the night when i arrived after a delayed flight.
  : the linen - it was clean, just not very good quality. but, you do get what you pay for.

  : dont like the staff whos on the day we had breakfast he is not very accomodating when asked if we can change some of the bread to more softer one because my friend cant eat the hard one he make faces to us and said the bread was finished we had to be pick up by the taxi early morning at 6am to go the airport we went down with our luggages at around 5:30 because we were told by another staff the day before that we can have cofffe before we go we just have to ask ,and the same staff said the coffee machine still close and why we went down so early did explained about the coffee but seems mad on us by throwing his pillows and not even saying good morning, really disappointed to his behaviour not acceptable at all hes very rude to us and unpleasant his name is julian ??
