  : Cannot say anything positive about this stay.
  : We arrived to find we were redirected to another caravan… one I didn’t book, we complained straight away, the caravan was disgusting, it was dirty had stains on the carpets/beds/rust on radiators. Sandcastle holidays told us there had no other caravans to move us into… bearing in mind it was the end of November and no one around. I was met with hostility and abruptness. I was told I had been ‘upgraded’ as this caravan had central heating and double glazed windows… this being a lie, after looking on there website the majority of there caravans have this as standard.. We left after one night.. my son developed a cough and rash after staying in this place. Cutlery pans dishes dirty everything filthy… Do NOT book with this company.. they didn’t even attempt to find out why after one night we left after booking for three nights. They do not care about customer satisfaction. AVoid and spend your money elsewhere

  : It was dirty oven was disgusting and carpets had bits everywhere when the said it had to b cleaned before we left shocking to be honest

  : Loved how spacious the caravan was, the big TV in the living room and not too far from the entertainment.
  : The beds were very uncomfortable which led us to leaving a day early. The caravan wasn't cleaned and beds weren't made properly when we arrived.
