  : Location is the biggest advantage of it and a sea view. Just cross the road and you are one the beach. Free parking on the back of property, also free one on the front so on the return from the beach, you can just drop your beach staff to the car and go upstairs without carrying anything. Apartment is big enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Rooms are righter small, but big enough to fit comfortable.
  : Nothing serious to dislike, but there are a few small things. We had apartment number 4, located on the 2nd floor so the narrow stairs and corridors wren't 'helpful' especially ones unpacking and them packing all the staff from and to car. Windows with a sea view are clean on the inside and outside, but not clean in between the glass panels so can't be cleaned there, and that makes sea view not as much enjoyable any more as much as it could be with a nice and clean glass. One of the three sharp knifes was broken, but we manage with two. Toilet flush was stacking in the up position so the water was continuously floating down, until you opened the flush lid and pushed it back down manually, so we had to do it nearly every time ones flushed. Overall we really did enjoy our stay.

  : Stairway very tatty and apartment not as plush as price would intimate. Would have been better to not have dos and donts printed everywhere.Plus notices to turn this or that off after use. Lots of terms and conditions. We have stayed many places but never had anyone take a 200 deposit in case you broke anything;/ Felt on edge and like big brother was watching us all the time - not literally but so many rules and regulations - There was a honesty and breakages book - never seen one of these before either :/ We were only there two nights and on our only Full day there While we were out and about we received a text Reminding us that we needed to be out by 10am the next day. Seemed to have a new shower fitted that was unusable either burnt you or froze you. Overall it felt like we werent welcome. Obviously will not book this again.

  : I picked this apartment for the view as it looked out to the seafront. The apartment was lovely but we struggled with the stairs, but it was worth it for the view. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Good on-site parking. And it is dog friendly so bringing my little dog was great. Lowestoft is a quaint seaside town. Very relaxing and nice and clean. It is a nice walk along the promenade up to the marina.We hired a beach hut for the day and we loved it. The best thing though was the Ice cream! So many different flavours.divine! I would recommend staying here if you would like a nice chill out holiday.
