  : The reception desk was not properly staffed. The receptionist was NEVER at the front desk. I had to wait 15 minutes to check in and the receptionist (a college student) only showed up after I called the front desk twice.

  : Breakfast very mediocre, location was good; very near lots of restaurants and easy access to main roads
  : Not thrilled waiting 20 minutes for check in. We were the only ones waiting and no one at the front desdesk. Understaffed. Because of the design of the building, there was bird perches above the entrances and lots of bird crap we had to walk through to get in and out.

  : The location. Hotel is adjacent to restaurant row. Almost any type dining is within walking distance.
  : It is not a new property. As such there were some items (cook top, ventilation fan in bathroom) that did not work well. Not as fresh as preferable.

  : They accidentally overcharged my card $376.20 on top of my room fee then I had to wait 5 business days for it to be removed!

  : Nice size room, decent breakfast.
  : We have stayed here previously and breakfast was really good. This time it was ok. They had a limited amount out which I understand with higher costs. But employees were a bit rude this visit. We witnessed the lady who was taking care of food come up to a gentlemen and tell him “it’s the same thing that was here earlier” gentleman had a confused and embarrassed look on his face and had to tell her she must have confused him with someone else. Front desk was not friendly at all. We asked for an extra hour since our baseball games did not start until late in the afternoon and they refused a late check out due to it being a weekend.

  : Comfy bed, quiet, convenient, breakfast, staff in breakfast area, outside seating area
  : Putrid sulfur smell in our bathroom started Thursday afternoon that lasted throughout our stay. We told front desk and they sprayed something in toilet. But there was a nauseating smell again after an hour. Shower handle fell off too. We skipped the desk and fixed it ourselves. Vacuuming in corners and along edges should be improved. Found a small dead roach and someone else’s hair clip .
