  : This property provides apartments with a shared pool, but the overall space and provision of dedicated sun beds and dining areas are excellent. A really comfortable feel with enough private space and options to chat to other guests as you prefer. Giovana was a superb hostess and was present every day of our stay, seeing to things around the property and being available to answer questions, provide extra things (like a nutcracker!) and arrange taxis, restaurants and winery visits if you prefer her to call on your behalf.
  : The centre of Lucca is walkable in about 30 mins, but would recommend a taxi back after dark. Ask the restaurant or venue you are in to do this for you, as we found casual booking on the street a bit hitty-missy.
