  : Comfortable bed, window opens so you can have lots of fresh air, bidet was nice, lots of hot water in the shower, and a very friendly reception. Free parking was excellent behind a secure gate. The hotel has an old time charm.

  : Location is excellent. The room was charming. High ceiling with 4 sets of floor to ceiling french doors and a beautiful granite fireplace made us feel like royalty.

  : I made this reservation back in January therefore WAY ahead of time. Based on the pictures on Booking (photos showed a very airy rooms with wooden floors, two balconies and plenty of light) my only request was for an upper floor room. Well I must say that I have been very disappointed with the room we were given. It is hard to understand that after having made this reservation seven months ago my request was that hard to satisfy. Instead we got a room that they might keep for last minute walk-ins. Room was a tiny dark room on the ground floor with the door basically facing the lobby so we had to stand for the noise of every single guest coming in or out and the light of the corridor coming through the door at night. Room view was to a wall from the building beside. Furniture was tired, there were cracks on the walls. Room had vinyl floor covering and the shower was unacceptable for a hotel on EU standards. I feel sorry to give such a bad report, mainly because the person who did the check-in, perhaps the owner, was extremely kind (he even agreed to make a modification on the length of our stay as we decided to depart earlier) and he seemed really upset when he realized that the room he expected to give us had already assigned to other guests by another employee who came out at the desk. That gentleman didn’t even care to look at us or say Bonjour which I found weird to say the least. Overall in a two week trip in France (and actually in many trips to France) this has been by far our worst accommodation. Of course, your mileage might vary if you are given a room like the quite nice ones shown on the Booking site. Otherwise the quality-price ratio is abysmal. But keep in mind that no matter how far ahead of time you book your room, you might still get one of the worst ones they have if they do please.

  : I enjoyed a good breakfast. The hotel was quiet so no disturbance during the night. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly.
  : Minor point: no one at desk on arrival as staff were busy with evening meal.

  : Owner Alain was most helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast arrangement convenient and adequate. Clean room, beds were comfortable and the room a good size with small balcony. Great car parking, and hotel is located opposite the park, an easy stroll to restaurants and shops.
  : Shower was a bit 'tight' for dad, but plenty of hot water.

  : The gentleman that ran the hotel went out of his way for us. Positioned just out if cafe centre, so 10 minutes to walk. My husband has an artificial leg and walked it ok
  : Shower didn't heat up until it ran for quite a few minutes, and only lasted a couple of minutes and went cold, however it was hot in the morning

  : Extremely helpful staff, very clean, well located hotel. Bagneres de Luchon is a very pretty town, with a lot to do in the area. We stayed there for the Tour de France and it was the perfect choice. Parking in the hotel was very convenient. Good breakfast!
