  : The location was great close to the beach, restaurants and conveiniance store. Had balcony facing the water. Was very quiet
  : Room was too small for two people couldn't walk around each other. The balcony didn't have dividers so you could hear everyone's conversation in the room next to you when they were sitting out. The sink on our room was very slow to drain so kind of annoying trying to brush teeth or shave. Room door had to be manually locked with the key when you left

  : LocationLocationLocation! Right at the beach for a nice walk up the sweet little lighthouse. Beautiful sunset. But you pay the price. Other Inns (with Indoor pool) had the same price for a lot more comfort and cleanliness.
  : Even with closed windows the traffic can be heard if you have a room towards the street. There was always showoffs and trucks, even off season, with little frequency. / Off season very deserted (ghost)town, drove to restaurant with the car due to awkward feeling on quiet streets. The pictures are a lot more pretty than the reality.

  : Place was filthy , food in fridge , broken tiles in bathroom . This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at . Their reviews are fake and rooms are beyond poor

  : I like the location. I like the big rooms with 2 bedrooms and a balcony. Although with prices going up it is getting to be too much.
  : The stairway is getting old. I don't like heights and to climb stairs that are getting bad is kinda scary. I also heard the girl that's been working there for quite awhile won't be there any more! She was nice and helpful! Sad to see her go.

  : This motel is located across the street from Lake Michigan. We had some great sunsets in the evening from our balcony. Unfortunately there is a large parking lot between the hotel and the river so the view is often obstructed.
  : The motel is a dump. Dirt everywhere. The room is not cleaned adequately after guests leave. The bathrooms are a mess . . unsanitary. Visible mold through the room and bathroom. The window AC units blow out an unusual smell. Not a good thing. The showers are super small and good luck fitting in you're taller than 6'. We had leftover beers in our refrigerator when we arrived . . could have been a positive or a negative, but I'd prefer it clean out. There are no after hours staff on site either. The group that works there appears to be a family . . obviously one that has never worked in a hotel before. The pictures on the internet do not reflect the actual rooms you get. I've seen a lot of positive reviews online . . it must be their friends posting this.
