  : Location, able to walk into town. Staff pleasant without being overbearing.
  : Slightly misrepresented on website. More of a restaurant with rooms rather than an hotel.Stayed in " the cottage" ( which wasn't) It was too small for a couple with a dog. Not enough wardrobe storage. We were basically tripping over each other. Probably should have booked a room in the hotel.It was good they accepted dogs so I don't want to be too critical, but nowhere really to exercise them in the grounds . Couldn't find a pooh bin!

  : I found this hotel clean and room bright and modern, good parking and lovely views
  : Breakfast is very small. I had pouched egg and it came on one small slice of bread. Nothing you can get yourself like cereal or any sort of continental. You can ask staff for for things but there is only one member running around and when you do ask for more toast, they don't seem happy. With the response of if you like. Table of two and the toast we got was two small slices of white toast. Even butter is monitored. If you want more you have to ask.Tea tray in room only as one of things like one hot chocolate, one decaf coffee, one packet of biscuits even though this was a king size room and had more then one person staying in it

  : Lovely hotel which is extremely pet friendly, great location under 10 mins walk into centre of Ludlow, it is uphill as some reviews mention but my wife and I are in our 50's and it really isn't hard work. Parking is ample and easy, there is a field opposite the hotel which is great for walking your dogs in and it was remarkably dry considering all the wet weather we have had. Restaurant was very good too, would not hesitate to recommend this place
  : Minor quibble but some extra outdoor lighting would be useful for last dog walk of the day.

  : Lovely quiet location a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast on both days was excellent Staff were friendly and helpful Reception and dining areas were bright and modern
  : The accomodation was very dated with tired carpets and wood chip wallpaper which was oipeeling in places. Dated bathroom with only a hair washing shower attachment over the bath and no shower curtain. We like to have showers so had to kneel down. Our TV remote was missing and the replacement provided did not work.

  : Stayed in cottage lovely but far too small?and no private balcony? but a very nice stay and staff really excellent..stayed for food on Saturday night and it was amazing.also breakfast amazing too!!
