  : Great location. Nice, spacious apartment with good amenities. If you have meetings at the Congress Center, it is ideal. only 2 minutes to the lakeside and the park. We loved our breakfast, we prepared ourselves.
  : It is a bummer that they don't provide a second key. We are a couple, not Siamese twins.

  : The 4 days stay was NOT a pleasant experience. Weve booked dozens of accommodation with Booking.com and this one rates as the worst.
  : The location was noisy, near a busy intersection, above a restaurant and opposite a childrens playground. Impossible to open doors and windows for the noise. The apartment was advertised as having a lake view..IT DOESNT ( false and misleading advertising) There was no tv remote so couldnt watch television. No instructions how to operate aircon Bathroom vanity sink was blocked & therefore unhygenic Freezer unit in fridge was so packed with ice , one couldnt open the drawers. The unit was spartan as to providing no facilities. The lounge was so uncomfortable , sitting on a brick wall would have been more comfortable. Overall the apartment rates as a 2 star stay..and is grossly overpriced for what it provides My issues were reported by email to HAPPY RENTALS and a hand written note left at Lugano office .no response.

  : Great location especially for reaching the congress center. But its also great for getting to the lake and the old town. Getting into the flat was super easy and the parking space was convenient (even though a bit tight for a VW Camper). The kitchen was well equipped and cosy furniture provided. Nothing was missing:)
  : Just 2 minor things: one chair and one spot lamp in the bathroom were broken and the crib provided for extra money was too small for a 2-year-old. It would have been perfect for babies up to one year old.

  : Three of us stayed here in Sept 2023. This was a really nice apartment near the centre of Lugano. The instructions for getting into the apartment were a bit unclear but in the end it was quite easy to access it. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working but this was resolved very promptly the next day by the local team. The apartment is very modern and clean and a short walk from the centre. We arrived by train on Sunday evening and took a short bus ride which stopped very near to the apartment which was very convenient. We also took the bus back again when we left. Unfortunately, the only shop that was open on Sunday evening was right next to the station, so I had to go all the way back there again to get some provisions. The on-site team in the office nearby were very helpful and allowed me to print out our train tickets before we left. I'd recommend this as a place to stay in Lugano. By the way, there is no lake view from this apartment- unless you have a telescope!
