  : There was no breakfast that I know of, so cannot comment on that. Based upon the poor impression I had from the minute I arrived, I would have skipped it if there was one. Only good thing was the location convenience, right off the highway. Despite its proximity to the highway and the trucking business next door, location was quiet.
  : I requested, and received a confirmation from the hotel itself that they could accommodate it, for check-in time between 3 and 4PM. I arrived at 3:07, only to find a note sitting on the front desk stating "will be back at 4:30." The note had a phone number, which I immediately tried calling twice, with no answer except for a recording saying "voicemail box is not set up." The facility itself is desperately in need of updates---chips and holes in all the walls, the middle window sill plate was totally detached, just sitting in place. There was over a 3-4" buildup of frost/ice in the refrigerator and a red liquid frozen across the bottom of the freezer. Housekeeping is obviously lacking, based upon what was in clear sight--a previous guest had STASHed some "material of value" under the front leg of the nightstand, which I removed and disposed.

  : The location was wonderful as it was only 3 min from the beach and right behind the family restaurant. Cost wasn't terrible considering these facts & that it was booked an hour before check-in
  : First- the air was not on in the building & it was easily 80 degrees everywhere. The elevator was dirty, matter of fact, everything except the linens was dirty. They only provide soap and shampoo, no conditioner. The first room they put us in, the shower wouldn't come on because the water pressure was almost non-existent, unless you wanted cold water, then it was okay. In the second room, the water still didn't get hot, got warmer than the first though and I could take a shower. The air conditioner hardly worked so it was still quite warm in our room all night. Breakfast was advertised but was not available

  : Not the cleanest & windows dont open. But the bedding was clean & comfortable, so thats good.

  : No breakfast, No electricity in bathroom, terrible plumbing, room was never vacuumed there were crumbs on the floor, dead bugs in the mini fridge, and smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the whole building.
