  : It was decent enough, and close to the centre. Nice to have a washing machine and air dryer.
  : A bit ragged in places - kitchen floor and some units, light in the hall & entrance only went out by removing the bulb. Pillows were a bit thin. But remember, it’s b economy offering cost wise.Parking is an issue with bay 13 always occupied by some other resident - black 2007 Astra.

  : lack of communication from owners. code to access building didn’t work so at 22.30 we had to wait for another code to get in and it was cold and late .. . all heaters were off so flat was freezing for the first night dirty kitchen including cooker, grill pan had fat in lack of equipment . no power to the shower and not rectified even tho we reported it. electrics unsafe ..stairwell lights not working in the mornings mainly so I tripped on the stairs as they was dangerous ..the spare bedding wardrobe smelt unwashed so was unusable . fresh towels and toilet rolls were about the only other good thing . the interior needs alot of updating . mould everywhere . THE FACT OF NO SMOKE ALARM IN ITSELF IS A DANGER. IN OUR OPINION THIS FLAT IS UNSAFE TO RENT OUT UNTIL ALL THE ELECTRICS HAVE BEEN CHECKED AS SPARKING PLUGS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN ALSO IT NEEDS A DEEP CLEAN

  : Apartment was comfortable and well equipped, with functioning oven, cooking utensils, Wi-Fi, hot water, bath / shower and TV. Rooms were spacious and, once warm, the apartment stayed pretty warm.Only a 5 min walk to the high street and under 15 mins to the train station. Although the property faces a busier road the bedroom is at the rear so is shielded from the noise.
  : Luxury is an over statement. There was a missing light bulb and one of the plug-in radiators didn't work.

  : I came during covid and had to isolate after travelling which meant i spent 11 days almost completely indoors, so i was SO glad that the place was pretty much exactly as pictured, and grateful it was basically a full flat for a relatively decent price. Location was great, only cost around £16 for a taxi from the airport. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances including oven, microwave and toaster (a non serated knife that actually works would have been nice too and a chopping board but thats just being picky now, and no basics, like salt or tea or whatever, so either bring your own or buy if coming for a longer stay), lovely bedroom with comfortable bed, flat was warm throughout, shop around the corner for basics, plenty of towels, lovely, modern, clean space. Communication was good too, gave me clear instructions how to arrive including helpful photos (especially as i arrived late at night, it was all straight forward and clear, and so it was stress-free), answered my requests and needs, and the lady who came to check in was lovely, friendly and helpful. All in all definitely reccomend.
  : There was probably *only one* negative in the whole experience (which is pretty good really!) And that was that there was a strong stale smoke smell in the living room which i couldn't really get rid of, but i did get a cheap candle and that mostly did the job (i think they have some identical flats in the same building so i am sure that not all of them have that issue).. oh and not enough plug sockets available in the living room was a bit annoying for doing my work on my laptop.
