  : The unit was nice, it had a washer/dryer combo. We were on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs, but we were also slightly more isolated from any street noise, we had to keep the windows open to cool the unit at night. However, see comments below on windows. The unit was centrally located to most sights, and an easy walk from the train station. It was a little difficult to find the entrance to the apartments that are also run by the hotel across the street, where we checked in. We booked this last minute once we determined we would be able to travel due to Covid Rule Changes in Switzerland in early September, and having to cancel at another apartment with a river view. It was nice to have some daily service to change towels, empty trash and supply additional coffee and/or tea pods as needed for the coffee machine. It was easy to use WhatsApp to contact the front desk for any other needs.
  : We checked in and after unpacking, we could not get the small drum washer to work. We went to the reception in the hotel across the street, and they informed us the washer was broken in that unit. We were given another unit, one floor up and the small front loader washer/dryer combo unit there was nicer and worked fine once we figured it out. Moving to the other apartment was a bit of a pain, they offered to help, but we did it ourselves. Not sure why they did not have the washer fixed in the first unit, or gave it to us that way. Once moved, everything was great in the second apartment, and we actually liked the slightly different layout better. The only other slight complaint was that there was a fondue restaurant across the alley from the side our our building with the only large windows we had, and the workers smoked and talked outside in the alleyway, and at times we got cigarette smoke smell in our apartment window we had open for ventilation. As their booking site says, there is no A/C in the unit, so the windows being open in the early fall timeframe was a requirement for fresh air and ventilation. Just glad we were not lower down closer to the level of the alleyway.
