  : Very good location. Easy check in and check out. In principle it has everything the traveller needs
  : The power in the sockets in half of the room was not working - no electricity for TV, stand lamp and bedside lamp, very discomforting and nobody to call to solve the issue when you arrive and check in in the evening

  : Easy access from Lucerne: The hotel was conveniently located just a 10-15 minute walk or short bus ride from the Lucerne train station with buses departing every 15 minutes. Spacious and well-equipped: The room was surprisingly spacious, featuring a large bed, a sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Helpful hosts: The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, even providing extra coffee upon request.
  : Uncomfortable mattress: The mattress could have been more comfortable for a better night's sleep. Light control issues: The blinds opened/closed automatically, and the curtains weren't sufficient to fully block out sunlight. Hope this can be taken care for future visits.

  : The apartment was spacious and as described. The kitchen and bathroom was as expected. There is a supermarket close to the building which was also convenient. We took the bus to reach Zihlmattweg from Luzern station and it is also 500 mts from Allmend/Messe station.
  : It would be always comfortable to have a reception to clarify on anything or assist.

  : the building was really secure and felt very safe, smart tv with Youtube on it. Windows had blinds outside to block daylight when we needed to sleep in. Building was located just outside the city so it was easier to find blue-zone street parking which is free to park overnight and free to park 1 hour in the day.
  : Lack of free private parking is a major downside and the main reason why we won't recommend this place. The house also was a standard unit with the bare minimum basics, it did not feel cozy and homey at all. Just a standard room with concrete walls and floors, a bed to sleep on and a simple couch, no window in the bathroom The apartment we got was on the 2nd floor facing the football field, views were not the best.

  : Self check in apartment with clear instructions to access main door, the elevator and assigned room. Can safely leave yr luggages when arriving before 3pm. Accessible, clean, close to supermarket. Recommend to consider when staying in Lucerne.

  : Generally good, rooms are in good condition and have everything you need for a short or medium term stay. Location is great if you are traveling around.
  : Code didnt work so had to call the owners who were not the friendliest. For the second night we were informed at lunchtime that we had to change rooms. This wouldnt have been an issue if it was known well in advance but with short notice we had to change our plans for that day. Also there were no reason given for the change and to our knowledge the new room we got was identical to the previous one. The matter could have been solved in a less complicated and a friendlier way.
