  : hotel is just opposite of Luzern Lake which has a great view, especially the sun set is beautiful. But my room is forest view, but I can always enjoy the view in the restaurant and every time I get off the bus from train station. The staff are ok though not very impressive. hotel decor in lobby is great, and when up the floor it has a "historical" feel. Luckily the lift is newly built, I think, so it works very fast. The room is spacious for a solo traveller. and I like the window can be wide open which can let fresh air coming into the room, specially there's not air conditioning in the room. Bus stop is just outside the hotel which is convenient.
  : the bed is too soft which hurts my back, my lower back hurts so much every morning when I wake up, and I stay there for 9 nights. there is no air conditioning in the room, a fan is available but the ventilation is not good enough. The lighting in the room is not comfortable, not bright enough(to me), especially the lighting in shower room is too dim for make-up.

  : Taking the bus from the city center was a challenge at first until we got familiar with the route.
