  : On our first morning we went down to breakfast and I asked if there was any natural yogurt as all the yogurts were fruit based. Sadly Julie said she didn't have any. The next morning when I went down to breakfast Julie presented me with a little pot of natural organic yogurt. It was so kind of her. She had gone out of her way to buy some for me. I would say that was excellent customer service. Thank you Julie.
  : Nothing really apart from our room was in the front of the house right on the busy main road so it was a bit noisy during the day but it did quieten down in the evening so didn't effect our sleep

  : Pillows were a little hard, bed not as wide as we like (but standard double size)

  : Included breakfast was a brilliant start to each day. A good choice of full English breakfast or continental. There was also outdoor seating for when the weather was nice.Location was really convenient to the local attractions we wanted to see.Free parking was available (first come first serve).The staff were super, especially Jo! Her breakfasts were delicious and she was happy to adapt them. She is also a fountain of knowledge of local attractions. She was very accommodating and no ask was too big.Rooms were cleaned daily.Good bathrooms and shower pressure.Good room facilities and very comfy.Towels, shampoo etc etc was all provided.Key allowed us to come and go as we pleased.Being greeted by Charlie (Jo's dog) each morning!
  : The room was quite hot but we believe this was down to the surprisingly hot weather. A fan was provided and utilised!The corridors could be heard quite clearly through the door and the door also knocked from changes in air pressure. The road was also quite noisy even with the windows closed, but this was unavoidable as it is quite a busy road.
