  : Very nice apartment (5th floor) with small terrace in the center of Malaga. Fully met my expectation of solo traveler. Apartment was equipped very well for long stay (i.e. 15 nights). Apartment Wi-Fi was very fast and that helps a lot with my remote work!

  : Perfect location, fairly new built studio, overall good feeling but ony for two (adults).
  : It is a two level studio (no separated bedroom), minor renovation would be needed (painting, some new furnitures, etc), some strange design (no relevant space for clothes, slippery starirs - not for kids), better maintenance.

  : The location. It was perfectly located right in the city centre. All bars and restaurants are within easy reach, and the apartment is in the heart of the city to visit all attractions in Malaga.
  : First, before arrival, we sent the arrival date and time to the host, who sent a WhatsApp message to a phone number that is not associated with WhatsApp at all. Therefore, we did not receive the document with all instructions for the apartment. We figured out most of them, but we could not use the WiFi during our holiday, but it was just the icing on the cake. The accommodation was way below expectations. The company is advertising the apartment as a luxurious loft apartment in the pictures, but in reality, the place feels and looks like a backpacker hostel. There were dirt marks all over the walls, the coffee table was broken and almost fell apart, door handles were ripped and loose, and nasty scratch marks were on the floor in all rooms. We felt uncomfortable. It was not about the cleanliness of the apartment; the cleaners immaculately cleaned it. It was more about the general condition of the place, which was terrible. On top of that, we contacted the staff via booking.com's messaging system, but they didn't answer our questions. Very ignorant customer service. We will never use this company to rent an apartment. Update: the company contacted me several times during the last week after we came back from the holiday to offer me a refund, but with the sole purpose of removing my bad review from Booking.com. They told me they will pay if I remove the review. It is just one thing that they made us feel uncomfortable in the apartment and should offer a refund without asking for anything in return, but they wanted to use this opportunity to make them look better on Booking and mislead other travellers. Interestingly they could call me several times without hesitation, but we didn't hear a thing about them while we were in their apartment and needed assistance. The only way this company has a good review score is to buy people off to remove their reviews from Booking. Therefore I suggest you avoid this company and not rent anything from them.

  : Great location in the street parallel to the main shopping boulevard. Handy to all historic places of interest and a nice walk to the Soho and beach area. Being on the 5th floor the apartment was quiet. Apartment itself was modern and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. A small but welcome balcony. Nice dining area. Two well equipped bathrooms. All facilities good. I would stay there again.
  : Very minor negatives hardly worth mentioning and only doing so as feedback to assist with ongoing maintenance.1. Door handles to kitchen and sliding door to dining area were loose and need tightened. If not attended to they will break and damage the door.2. A couple of knives were bent out of shape. You would think Uri Geller (cutlery bending celebrity) had got hold of them.3. TV a bit small and no English channels.

  : Excellent location on top floor of renovated old building right above Plaza Felix Saenz. Beautiful layout of the apartment. Loved the skylights and the morning light, the view from the balcony, and having lots of space for our infant to play. Bed was super comfortable, and the night shades were very good and it was very dark when the shades were closed. Also very quiet at night when the windows were closed. Front desk was very responsive and helpful, located nearby so we could just swing by for supplies. They promptly brought an infant high chair on request and the infant cot was ready for us when we arrived. They also let us store luggage the day of departure.
  : In general it's clear that it was set up for short-term rental and hasn't really been lived in. Lots of little things that added up: Upstairs shower tends to leak out the bottom pretty badly, leading to puddle formation around the toilet. Could create serious water damage issues. Upstairs sink drains very slowly; probably has a hair clog that needs to be cleared. Bumped my head on the spiral staircase a couple of times -- would be a good idea to add some padding to the edge or at least some visibility tape so people don't hit their head. Lamp hanging above the dinner table looks like it might be falling down -- the fixture is clearly loose. Would be great to add a few other basics disposable items -- roll of paper towels, a bit of cooking oil, salt, sugar, a couple of sample capsules of coffee for the coffee machine etc. Knives in kitchen were dull. Couch had very sunken-in padding, so wasn't very comfortable to sit on.
