: Location excellent. Spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.
: A little noisy outside at times but this was due to the Christmas festivities and to be expected.

: Flat required some TLC as not all was right for our arrival considering the cost. Bulbs and lights not working, electrics failed, shower overflowing as drains blocked. Almost all was corrected but should not happen. Those who carried out repairs that could be done were very friendly and efficient.No double bed, only singles. Not ideal for married couples!

: The location is the best thing about this property. The team assisting are really attentive though we had a few issues they were really quick at solving them
: The hot water run out and we weren’t even a big group. Also the drain wasn’t very good in the shower They didn’t have dishwasher tablets

: Superb location, very large and bright apartment with all the basics utilities. Easy to communicate with the host and they arranged discounted parking for us at a nearby location.
: Getting the keys was not straight forward. After waiting for the check in time to the minute (4 pm, which is later than many other properties we stayed at), we had to walk with all the luggage and 2 young kids to a nearby location to collect the keys. It was very very close, that was not the problem, just very inconvenient for people traveling on vacation. Honestly, it would’ve been easier to have someone from the hosting staff meet us at the property, much like hassle for us and probably not that complicated for them.Anyways, we still loved the property and the staff we were in contact with were very nice and helpful.
