  : Fantastic views over sea, beach and mountains. . Close to supermarkets and only 5 mins walk to historic centre. Well equipped and new kitchen (although a couple of over used teflon pans). Comfortable bed. Good wifi. The agent was easily contactable.
  : Quite expensive for a one-bedroom apartment. Complicated to pick up the keys after office hours. You have to fetch them from a box on the wall of a building in the city centre, which is not easy when the taxi cant stop in the street because of rush hour traffic and one-way street. Thin walls, so neighbours could be heard from all sides. Garbage bags were not provided. No awning on the balcony for some shade if you wanted.

  : Well worn towels, no pillows or blanket/duvet for sofa bed, sewer smell coming from toilet, no light bulb in living room lamp. No tea towels and dust pan. No information folder on nearby restaurant recommendations etc.

  : The appartment was really dirty,not how its look like , even bedsheets , floor , couch and materatsse were completely not clean , the photos was really old maybe it taken after renovation but dont expect a place like the photos

  : The view and location are fantastic. This is the only reason for the high price.
  : We had to collect the keys at an agency. From there we had to go by taxi to the appartment. The agency charged 5 just for calling a taxi without telling us. The taxi driver had to collect the 5 from us after the ride. This is ridiculous considering the high price of the apartment and a bit cunning. After our stay I tried to reach the agency because we had forgotten something in the apartment. It was not possible to reach anybody, even not via the booking.com chat.

  : The view is stunning, and location of the property is great. There are ACs in both rooms and the bedsheets were clean.
  : The place is not bad but not for its price and not for people with kids. The apartment is one out of several managed by the host, and the key has to be collected from their office - they have zero flexibility with that, so as we landed in Malaga rather late it was an added hassle to go to the office first with a sleepy baby. The walls are paper thin, you could hear people talking in other apartments. Also, this was the first time that we stayed in a place that didnt even have soap, or basic cupboard stockings eg salt, sugar, or cooking oil. There were ants in the kitchen, every morning the kitchen counter would be full of them even though we didnt leave any food around. The floors were dirty, there was a cup and some utensils in the dishwasher already covered with mould. Finally, the smell in the bathroom has been mentioned several times here and it is still there indeed. So all in all the place is alright, but the price tag should be less expensive to match the quality of the place.

  : You must go to the company office to collect the keys while you are coming with your bags & things. Also you must put deposit in the office. The deposit cash is not accepted. The very bad smell in the washroom coming from the drainage.
