: The kitchen was well equipped. Great location to visit Malaga Centro on foot through all its beautiful narrow streets.
: It took a while to get the keys but when you reach them they respond well. One exception, the internet didn't work for about a week but when we talked to boss it was fixed quickly.

: Good location, close to city centre. Lovely apartment. If it wasn't for the noise I would stop there again. But having very little sleep spoils your holiday.
: The street noise, vehicles, people shouting until all hours. I have never stayed anywhere before where the noise was so so bad that you just couldnt sleep. Double glazing needs upgrading to limit this noise. The street number given was 5, but it was 25, apartment 5.

: The apartment block was on the edge of the Old Town of Malaga. It was very easy to access The Old Town's sights, restaurants and tabernas. The apartment No. 5 was clean and light. There were adequate kitchen utensils for self catering and a working washing machine.
: We were taken to a different apartment, below the one that we booked on booked on Booking.com for the first week without any explanation from anybody including the man who gave us the keys to the apartment. The apartment no. 3 was cold and the air condtioning did not work. we were given a couple of heaters but the apartment was still cool all week even with the heaters on. The apartment no. 3 was dark compared to the apartment that we were meant to have and had actually booked - apartment no. 5. It was still pleasant and habitable apart from being cold. We had flown from Northern Europe to be warm on our holiday in Andalucia.

: The property was close to the town centre.
: There was very little to like. As an experienced traveller, one comes to expect certain essentiels when renting an apartment; none of these expectations were met: no cleaning products, empty soap dispensers, insufficient heating, no dishtowels or tools to use for kitchen clean up, uncomfortable, saggy bed, malfunctioning stove, inadequate number of dishes/cutlery, run-down furnishing. Its disappointing to write such a negative review. I hope the owner/manager takes notice and cares enough to to correct these defects.
