  : The location was horrible and so hard to get to. The address they provide is not actually to the apartment. Also you have to walk quite far from the parking lot to the room and there are people staring at you like a zoo animal and shouting things at you.

  : The electricity situation - we were treated like children. The AC in the room wouldn't run if the window in the living room was open. So the people staying in the living room were very warm. I asked for a fan, but they didn't provide one. Couldn't sleep.

  : The external space with terrace and jacuzzi and sightseeing view is the strong point of this accomodation. It is a pleasure to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner (antimosquito repellent required at sunset). Nice furnishings with big fridge. The village is very near with excellent bakery and many markets. The parking for car is just one minute on foot from the apartment: this is absolutely acceptable for healthy people. Availability of coffe/cappucino machine and microwave oven, beyond induction hob (n. 4). Useful mosquito nets on all window and main door to have fresh air in the evening/night limiting use of a/c that we didn't use.
  : I just have to confirm as for other guests' review the musty smell coming from inside of kitchen furniture when opened. It's worth to check and remove this weak point. Other minor issues: bottle opener not available (only corkscrew); the bulb of lamp near jacuzzi is missing so no suitable light in the evening near the big table in front of jacuzzi; there is a toast machine in the kitchen, but it doesn't work: better to remove it or provide one working. The dish water machine would be a plus if it is repaired. There is a tent in the area in front of door but not openable: it would be useful in the morning during breakfast to avoid direct sun. The apartment is quite small, specially for four people with two beds in the living room. Limited space to store the clothes of four people. More suitable for two people.

  : The main draw for this apartment is the stunning view. The hottub is well situated and although cold, was perfect for the hot Greek weather.
  : A few bathmats would be a good idea as the steps by the hot tub are sharp and very slippery when wet. The apartment itself could do with a bit of modernising; the air con didn't work, the cupboards smell like damp and the bbq is just for show as the owners don't supplly the skewers required to use it.

  : - A cooling stone bench and table as well as a smaller cafe style table (completely shaded), for eating outside.- The jacuzzi was perfect - its not heated so likely to be less popular in cooler weather. - They use WhatsApp for guest convenience; nice people working for Milos Accommodations from the polite taxi driver, the WhatsApp rep, and the gentlemen who checked us in and showed us around. - WiFi was perfectly fine at all points of the flat and terrace (its not a huge place) so maybe previous people having issues with this just experienced network problems. - We also had NO privacy issues, whether the upstairs neighbour is the owner or not, they were respectful and never interrupted us or came down downstairs, and also used a separate entrance to their terrace even though it is connected to the one in the listing. It is a lovely place, and if you are happy to walk up some slopes (as you should expect on any island) and looking for basic accommodation with a wonderful view from a relaxing terrace then Id recommend this place.
  : - The bbq is pointless as the necessary utensils are not provided - the overall area is actually for spits, and a small mobile bbq has been put inside. It kind of feels like false advertising. There didnt seem to be anywhere to purchase these items but guests shouldnt have to. Quite the letdown as it was one of the main reasons we booked this property. - Lack of kitchen equipment too; No proper knives, spatulas, etc. - Dishwasher out of order (hopefully just temporary) - Damp problem somewhere internally, especially in the pots and pans cupboard. - Air con may need checking as we had it on for 15 minutes and started heavily coughing which could be a sign theres mould growing inside of it. After turning off and ventilating the place for an hour or so, we improved so we did not use it again. - Bug screen door slightly torn so be sure to close the door past a certain time of night. - Not a necessity but it is a shame the ice trays were not filled prior to arrival, given the heat, it would have been a nice touch from a customer service point of view. Not a deal breaker though. As a self catering property, it was a bit of a letdown not having the utensils and items needed for cooking. Otherwise, its great but they need to check the points listed and add the required utensils to utilise the self catering selling point.

  : We loved our stay, it was the perfect location to explore the island. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The outdoor area is so beautiful. The older neighbour although she didnt speak English was so lovely! She would rush out to chat to us when we she spotted us looking at her y tomatoes each day. Such a hard worker and she touched her heart and waved us goodbye as we left.
  : We would have liked some soap and dishwasher tablet but overall we loved everything.
