  : Good facilities very clean and modern apartment in a quiet location and still only 15 min drive to Maastricht centre. Private parking. Perfect for families and couples. There is a cycle path to Maastrich in an amazing scenary by the river. Marc our host was great. Highly recommended.

  : Before our stay I contacted the owner twice to ask about the temperature of the shower (there were comments mentioning a problem with it) and about the availability of bikes in the area. The owner/manager answered very quickly and in a very satisfying way. Indeed the shower issue was solved and we could use bikes for free during our stay. This last point made our stay particularly pleasant. The bikes were very decent and we could enjoy the area. Before the arrival, we also received information on available take-aways and food deliveries. This was very useful, especially during this semi-lockdown, and I recommend ordering breakfast from the suggested people. The apartment was pleasant and well furnitured. Good amount of towels and amenities. The small sauna in the bathroom is an asset, especially considering this is a small apartment for 2 guests. There was a coffee machine (as described) and a few coffee pads, which I very much appreciated. There were 2 small bottles of water in the fridge which was also a nice gesture. TV, wifi, sound system in the shower, etc were fully working and good quality. You can check in and out at any time following the instructions you receive prior to your stay. The location is ideal to go for bike rides and visit some natural parks. Ideal if you want a break for your busy (yet currently boring) days in a big city!
  : The house faces the street and the outside table is actually in the sidewalk. However, it is still nice to have it. The thermostat of the heating system can only be set between 19 and 21 degrees Celsius. Fortunately, as this is not enough for many people during the winter, there is an air conditioning unit on the bedroom that can be used for heating. It does dry the air a bit and is not located in the best place for heating. Since the apartment is highly "technological" it would be nice to have some instructions available to know how to use things. Also, some kitchen paper could be useful, especially for people that are staying only for a few days and are not planing to carry so many things or spending too much time in supermarkets. The walls are thin. We were luck and did not have immediate neighbours - or at least not noisy ones - but one could clearly listen through the walls.

  : It really was a great stay, beautifull luxury appartement at a nice location. The crazy shower, sauna and gadgets were awesome! You can enter the appartment with a code which was nice. 10min walk and you could take the (free) boat to the other side of the river for a great long walk with the dogs. I should have stayed a day longer :) Great restaurants nearby.
  : The apartment was pretty noisy, you could hear everything from the other appartement and the people above us were doing musical chairs I think ;)
