  : Being on the beachfront, the sauna, hot water in shower.
  : After booking room on booking.com, said room I paid for was unavailable within our 10 minutes later arrival. Worked with staff and stayed in difficult room putting two children on the floor for the night. Website reads free breakfast included in price but when we arrived we were given coupons for discounted breakfast a couple area restaurants. Inside our room the television remote was having issues, I don’t think the worker (nicest of young men you could meet) understood because they came to the room put the weather station guide on using the buttons on the tv and claimed it fixed. Couldn’t change the channel at all still. Asked for assistance again in the morning, still waiting an hour later. Arrived while writing was a pleasant gentleman. Also didn’t have a parking space until someone left the lot, though on the booking app it is one of the options I picked. (Free private parking space). No apologies from any staff, or offers to accommodate issues. Lady dealing with these complaints seems irritated, maybe not a good moment…Maybe update location site on booking.com and more consideration of the guests who are here, booked early or arriving late.

  : The only good thing about the hotel was the beach access was very clean and not busy.
  : The property and room was nasty. Floors felt disgusting so we kept socks on and layed towels on the floor to walk on. The toilet had poop left on the seat that we had to clean off before using. The beds were not comfy at all. The pool had double the amount of chlorine it should have and the hot tub had nasty water in it so we couldn't get in. They don't have breakfast just coffee and granola bars.

  : The bed and bedding were very comfortable. To sleep anyway. To have to sit in to watch the television was not.
  : We followed instructions and left used towels in the tub for replacements. No service. At the end of our stay we had used up the towels and had them all in a pile in the Jacuzzi tub. No replacements received. No trashcans emptied. We even left daily tips on the pillows that no one claimed.

  : It was very hot on the room . Just had a window air conditioner and room was in direct sunlight . Phone and tv didn’t work . We checked in at 4 and at 6 still no phone or tv and it was still very hot in room . We weren’t offered a fan or another room . I had been to office several times . Went back after 6 ask for manager . Had to call him as he isn’t on sight . He said we could move rooms but didn’t have any clean . Finally got moved around 7 pm . Light bulbs out in bathroom . Guy came and fixed tv and lightbulbs right before we moved . In new room light bulbs out and door to deck would not lock . Said they had breakfast and it was a granola bar !!!

  : Breakfast was not provided, granola bars and coffee are not a continental breakfast. Most of the property was in rough shape. Not very clean. Stayed 4 nights housekeeping never came through. Very overpriced for what it is.
