  : The location was brilliant, close to metro stations few good restaurants in the area, el retiro Park is 25 minute walk.
  : Check in wasn't available when we arrived which was fine it was early but we left our number to be called when it was ready and didn't receive one. Room is spacious but the facilities were awful, for self catering there wasn't even a toaster or a kettle and minimal cutlery and Delph, no tea towel, cloths oflr washing liquid which makes self catering difficult. The apartment itself is in major need of some renovations, things falling off the shower holes in the door cracks in the tiles, no hair dryer, and no iron which the description states there were. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed but it really wasn't great at all.

  : Good location, great value, buses and subway are in close walking distance. Many restaurants and cafes around. Very safe neighborhood.
  : Walls are paper thin, we could hear a traveler in the next room having a facetime conversation with his kid as if they were in the room with us. Wear and tear showing on the furniture and fixtures in the room (mostly cosmetic). Water temperature in the shower fluctuated hot and cold randomly. Receptionist gave me a hard time about using an ID card instead of a passport at check in.

  : I liked the location and overall impression. Everything was clean and well-organized.
  : The worst thing for me was the lack of air conditioning. I stayed there in late spring, and my room was very, very hot, most likely because the windows faced south. I can't imagine what it's like during the summer. I was also tempted by the offer of an included breakfast, but I was really surprised to receive a "ticket" to visit a nearby restaurant instead of eating on-site.
