  : The location was good; as near to the station, walking distant to landmark and to the Madrid / Big Bus tour bus stopThere is lots of shops walking distance; including McDonalds and Five Guys.The Wifi signal was good.Cleaners are good and very helpful if you need anything extra.Rooms were cleaned up; when you requested.Being a pure Vegetarian; the breakfast had toast, cereals, fresh fruit, nuts and tea and coffee with different types of milk.
  : The staff at the reception were not that helpful; as went to ask for few bits and pieces i.e water, tissue box, plastic cups and they were unable to accommodate most of the time.We would have preferred to take our breakfast in the room; but were told we could not; which I did not like, my wife had special diet so we took food in a container at the breakfast table for her and when we left the container was searched by the staff as if we took food away from the breakfast table.There is lots of noise outside of the room; coming from the lobby; at any time; I heard noises at 11pm and when anyone passes through the lobby the lobby lights come on and due to a gap under the door the light comes right into the room.
