  : Very good location, decent beds. It was good to have air conditioner as it was hot in Madrid that time.
  : The place needs more.care and renovation. Also a "deeper" cleaning, especially that the shower was disgusting... Could be good if luggage storage could be provided before or after check-out but is it not provided even for a payment. Better standards should be provided for the price.

  : Refused to accommodate a late check in. When trying to explain that the flight was leaving late, they pretended that they couldn't speak English on the phone once they knew we were asking for a later check in despite initially speaking in English. They cut the phone on us once. They refused to give us a refund and kept our money with no sympathy at all. Stingy and selfish owners.

  : The room is well located.Attendent was nice.
  : The woman who attended us was very nice. We asked her to turn on the AC, but she said she couldn't because her boss, owner, must likely would not authorize it. The reservation said we would have heat . We did not any of the two, AC or heat. We also had people being very loud during late night hours. The floor towel was not changed daily. 99.9 % chance I would not stay there in the future.

  : The smell, the cold (not enough blankets), the inflexibility on the check-in and the slowness answering the emails and the wasap request.

  : - super noisy - we could hear the neighbors having fun at night as well as the nearby bars customers - AC not effective - almost no water pressure in the shower - no closing door of the toilet - overall condition of the apartment - not good value for money (paid 110/night)
