  : Localization of the place is an asset for someone who wish to explore Madrid. Also the climate of Plaza de Santa Cruz is amazing. Nearby are a lot of restaurants, stores, pubs, whatever you need is a walk-distance for sure.
  : The rooms are really cozy and tidy, but quite small.

  : The location could not be better. Close to everything. Good cafe right downstairs for cappuccino & croissant or pretty much anything else you could want. Lots of restaurants and tapas places nearby. Only 5 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor and a few minutes to Plaza Sol and Metro. So perfect location. The room was small but had everything you need and was kept immaculately clean. I would stay there again if I ever return to Madrid.
  : Not always someone at front desk . But thats very minor as everything is so close.

  : I wish there was a clear choice if you need you room cleaned every morning - sometimes I'd prefer nobody to come into my room, and I wish I could easily choose.
