  : Where do I start? The staff are very rude and seemed bothered every time I ask them a question. The walls are very thin and I was awakened at 6am by someone elses alarm that they did not stop. The food is not good and when I sent something back after tasting it they still wanted to charge me and argued with me and insulted me about it. The lady said sarcastically sorry you dont like Spanish food. Spanish food I love, its how they cook it I dont like. There were non stop tour buses and tour groups in the lobby, very crowded and chaotic. Very long lines at the front desk because of the tour groups and made it very difficult to ask for anything. Very unfriendly people, not one person ever smiled or did anything to help me. Also its a terrible location, very far from everything and not much around to walk to. I could not wait to leave this place.
