: The location and price were good. There was a life as the apartment is on the 5th floor. Netflix is included, so good if you like TV time.
: Check-in was terrible, they wanted me to use their app to check-in and pay a deposit even though booking.com specificly say not to do this. Each time they asked me, I told them I would check-in at their office where I had to collect the keys. It should be noted their office is nowhere near the apartment.When I got to their office, if was closed and had been for a long time, all that was left behind was a key safe (why the key safe could not be at the apartment is beyond me), anyway I was then forced to use their app to check-in.When I finally got to the apartment, oh my god! To say this place is bad would be an understatement. Only half of the photos on booking.com are of the apartment. There are only a few places a normal sized person can stand up straight. The bedding for the sofa bed was not clean. Towels had holes in them. The bed in the 2nd bedroom needs totally replacing. Overall the place was very tired and in need of full renovation.
