  : Great location away from the busy tourist areas, with plenty of options for a night out nearby. Entering via the MIT app worked without problems and the hosts were nice enough to let us in early. Appartment is great for a small group and good value for money.

  : The apartment was good and well equipped.
  : The check-in process was so difficult that we will never stay at this property, or any like it, again. We e countered two other groups during our stay who also struggled to open the door to the apartment building, so it wasn't just us. Opening the door requires a smart phone and an internet connection (what if your phone battery runs out?!?). There were no instructions on how to open the door to the building. We phoned multiple times and got no response. In fact, we had no useful responses to most of our questions about check-in.

  : Lovely, tidy apartment in a prime location. A 24/7 convenience store and the metro station are just a few minutes' walk away. Features include an elevator and reliable Wi-Fi. Instead of keys, we relied on a smartphone application for entry. While mostly reliable, there was an instance where the system crashed, prompting the serviceman to swiftly provide us with the physical keys in a matter of minutes.
  : The most frustrating part was that for three consecutive nights, just minutes after midnight, we received a call from the company complaining that a neighbour reported us for making noise. On two of those occasions, we were already asleep. Typically, we don't engage in loud activities like dancing, singing, or watching TV or radio; after spending the whole day exploring Madrid, we simply go straight to sleep. Strangely enough, we even received a call from the same number when we were already at home, 2000 km away from Madrid. It was quite bizarre.

  : Great location, comfortable, clean, elevator, nice lock entry technology
  : Arrogant, mean office representative, not having almost any English language knowledge, not able to communicate properly with us.Few kitchen cabinet doors not closing properly. Coffee machine filter absolutely basic, very cheap, not able to make a good coffee. A capsules coffee machine is 30-40 euros, probably a good replacement and worth the extra cost for a quite expensive rent!! The shower got clogged very easily and have to wait every time for the water to go away, so it made the shower time longer and frustrating!!! In the end, just want to let all new future guests know that theres no salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc, basic things that usually are found in all this kind of holiday rentalsOtherwise, everything else was okay, our 4 nights stay in Madrid was nice and comfortable!
