  : the key is on a mobile app , which got annoying as it stopped working several times which meant i couldnt get into the apartment and so you had to wait for someone to come with keys manually , so on one day i had to wait 1 hour in the freezing cold! bearing in mind this was around 4am in the morning. it was a hassle but apartment for that the stay was decent

  : Fantastic location (walk to many attractions) and bed/linens were top notch, very clean and decent finishes (flooring/tile, etc). Hot water was VERY HOT (to burn levels if not careful).
  : Kitchen very sparsely equipped. Shower needs work: doors kept popping open about 3" while hand held shower sprayer would not stay in holder even with moderate water pressure. Tough to shower with a 3" gap in doors, while holding shower sprayer in one hand, trying to soap/scrub with one hand. One utilitarian table with two uncomfortable metal chairs. No where to put suitcase except on floor (need folding suitcase holder or two). Heat worked well.

  : The location was really good, right in the middle of Barrio de las Letras and also max 15-20 min. to walk from Prado, Retiro park etc.
  : Property has an app to unlock/lock the doors. Wish I would have some more detailed info about it beforehand.There was problem with acessibility at first, because property/ Booking.com hadn't charged the deposit payment from my credit card as first agreed. I got noticed about it a day earlier, but couldn't make mobile payment as I was travelling in other city. We made agreement I will call when I'm in front of the building, but after 8-9 calls I was answered only some 45-50 minutes later and had to wait in front of the house with all my luggages late in the evening. Was a bit annoying

  : 1) The renovation which was supposed to be over few weeks before was still going on every day from 8:00. Except sunday. (Ok, they later reimbursed some 10% of the price paid)2) 9 days later I still don't have my deposit back.3) You can literally break your neck on those stairs.4) The system with the key in you phone is good if you have local phone number otherwise you have to use your roaming data every single time.5) Looks like the first photo of the listing is just beautiful photo from the internet because nowhere around I found that place.

  : It is grossly misrepresented in photos. It was extremely small, uncomfortable, smelled and had no facilities or even minor supplies. Terribly dissapoing.

  : great location near Santa Ana Square
  : 3 floors of steep and worn out stairs, that are unsuitable for people who need accessibility, and can be dangerous for old or non sportive people (risk of falling down). Mind the stairs if you have any of such conditions or have heavy luggage. Everything is automated with a sub-par app that fails often, the customer support is hard to reach via phone, but the staff is nice.The facilities were not clean, and the bathroom flooded due ti improper cleaning. The coffee machine did not work. They charged an extra amount as deposit (outside booking, which I think violates the ToS) in order to release my check-in; it took more time than expected to get my money back.
