  : They took from me deposit, but there was no information in advance that I need to pay it.Their platform works very bad, it took 6 times to charge money.On the check-in date they didn't send me a code or any info. They said that I didn't paid the deposit (but I did). They checked again and found my payment. I only got access at22:08! But check in is at 15:00.When I tried to open the door, the code was wrong. I was standing outside at night. Until I found a key under the carpet (they didn't tell me about it). They didn't even say sorry. I was standing in front of the door and couldn't get inside.Next day they offered me a late check out and I agreed. But at 11:00 cleaning lady came in the room and asked why we are still here. No one even told her about late check out.

  : Almost nothing considering price-the apartment condition and location - convenience to have the booking confirmed, Bathroom was the best room in the whole apartment - shower great one. Staff was helpful but because of complicated process of booking I had to spend a few hours to fix everything which again is unbelievable while you expect to have two click booking in this app.
  : price-the apartment condition and location - convenience to have the booking confirmed just not reasonable At every point for the booking there were issues: it is not just straightforward booking through booking.com but I had to do many other steps to have it confirmed, to get check in instructions etc. moreover cleaning fee has been introduced after I made booking.Again location is not nice considering price The apartment was ok, not old but a bit outdated with dirty marks on walls, broken curtain.
