  : Location and the beautiful creek behind the hotel.
  : The hotel itself is ok, but the staff is terrible. I hope no one suffers from this bad experience again. We did not damage any property and did not violate any written policy on their website and the signed document they requested during check-in, but we were forced to check out at 9 pm on New Year's Eve without valid reasons and no refund. The manager called the police to kick us out. He tried to make a story to the officers. After being proven by their security camera that what I said was true, and the officer found that the written policy did not include the statement that the manager lied, the manager just said: "This is my private property, so I can do whatever I want. I can kick anyone out without reasons". BE CAREFUL when you stay in a PRIVATE HOTEL even though you booked through a third-party company. It is his private property that is not a regular hotel. No guarantee. Also, be careful when you stay in this hotel. Their door has issues. More than one customer said that the door cannot close well even if you had pulled it properly, or the door still has issues after you double-check the door was closed and locked (e.g., the door was still open by wind or unknown reason). The manager will avoid any responsibility and just kick you out for no valid reason as long as he wants. Lastly, please keep all your conversations and evidence when communicating with this owner, or they will surcharge the additional fees even if they promised you an amount during the phone call. I am happy to provide more details if needed. Long story short, the manager is terrible and rude. Be careful when dealing with him.

  : The manager standing in front of our rooms in parking lot as we were getting ready to leave like we were going to carry out something we werent supposed to as soon as we started pulling out he went into our rooms and started checking things out .
