: The Host Alessandra was incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommentations like she would give to a friend. The B&B is in a secluded place next to olive trees and with a very nice common garden with hammocks and seating areas. The Breakfast consists of sweets like some homemade cakes, brioche, muesli and fruits. There is common fridge which you can use.
: The walls seem to be quite thin, so you hear your neighbors. Especially when people are in the common kitchen or garden. Some people mentioned the road to the property as being hard to drive, we didn't see it that way. It's a normal gravel road, maybe a little steep but also not long. We had a Fiat 500X and it was absolutely no problem.

: Personnel very helpful, both owner and assistant.Good advice given on where to visit, where to eat and where to buy good local produce.Breakfast very good with local produce.Peaceful surroundings in a beautiful area.The local walled town of Magliano in Toscana is well worth visiting.
: The access road is not great.The room thermostat was not working and the bedside lights were sharp. I cut my forehead on one recovering my phone charger. Owner was informed about both and will act to replace them, so problems should now be resolved.
