: We had a very nice stopover at the Chateaux and loved the atmosphere. The room was very spacey and perfect for a family. We were treated nicely and we could use the kitchen of the Chateaux. The breakfast was served in a beautiful surrounding.
: Maybe a fride/minibar and a coffee machine in the room would be a good idea.

: We found the accommodation offered versus booking description, and lack of any service, very disappointingWe were met by two girls on arrival, who did not introduce themselves & did not speak any English (the booking stated languages spoken as English, French & Dutch)There was a confusion about where to park, although no other cars were parked on the property, as no other guests have arrived yet. We were shown to a very small room on the top floor of the outbuilding, given code to the gate & left there without any further explanation or guidance about the property. No guide in the room eitherWe've booked Deluxe Double with Garden View, described on Booking.com as having a seating area, a terrace, & a garden view - none of which we had (we could see the main road through a small skylight. The bathroom window offered no privacy & overlooked the work yard). The room answering our booking description was below us unoccupied & lockedThe booking description also stated that there is:- a bar (?)- shared seating area with TV (this was locked & not available to us)- shared kitchen (? - this would be useful, as there is no restaurant on site & not even a kettle in the room)- breakfast can be purchased (what breakfast?, there was no one here to serve it)No bath towels in the bathroom - just hand towels, which are too small after a shower. Ok, we could live with this, but its just another down pointWe called Jessica after 1st night & asked her to come over to help us resolve an issue. She said she would see us in 10 minutes, but didnt come & didnt call back to say she couldnt make it. Very poor service!The room has not been serviced during our entire stay, bed was never made, the rubbish bin was overflowing.We emailed the property, but received no responseWed understand the lack of facilities & service if we paid 40 EUR per night.
