  : Breakfast was very good
  : We had no functioning air conditioning in two of the the three of our rooms We told the staff who brought us to our room the minute we arrived and saw the room was very hot They told us to give if time and allow the room to cool But the room barely cooled Another family member was staying in another room and had the same issue We were told that it was going to be fixed from central office but that did not help either Also ridiculous that we had to keep windows closed. For air cooling to work so we were not able to have a time fresh air in the room The vents in one of the rooms were not clean Price We were return customers and had called and were given a price higher than booking.com And when we checked out we were were told we should gave called for a better price Also Considering that we had no air conditioning during this hot summer I think we should have received a discount But this was not granted either

  : Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing and large brreakfast buffet with local products...what a choice! Great cocktails and snacks by the 2 big outside swimming-pools with very comfortable wooden chairs. Towels were provided by the pool. Super service! When we checked out the reception staff asked if there was anything tbey could improve. Well done management staff

  : The hotel is very well located near Mystras and is attractively designed with a lovely pool area, impressive landscaping and an amazing breakfast buffet with lots of regional, as well as North American, choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was great, the rooms and the beds were comfortable and the weather was ideal. The tennis courts looked excellent as well. They arranged bike for us to use while we were there, and we enjoyed cycling to the nearby towns. Lovely relaxing hotel. Really a wonderful place to stay.
  : I would have like to have a bit more privacy on the terrace of our room - but that is just a matter of my taste.

  : Beautiful property, friendly staff, over-the-top breakfast buffet. situated at the base of Historic Mystras. Unfortunately, we had rain so no chance to use pools.
  : I would avoid room 312. We were at the absolute end of the property with a side garden view parallel to the road and within earshot of off-property barking dogs. They did offer to move us, but we had already unpacked so we stayed. All the other rooms also had chairs and a small table overlooking the interior of the property, but this room did not. Given the beauty of the property, that was disappointing. A small quibble - no batteries in the makeup mirror. I reported to front desk, but nothing was repaired during our two night visit.

  : Beautiful hotel and grounds in a stunning location. One of the best breakfasts Ive ever had. Great food options, lovely pools, nice rooms.
  : For a five star hotel some attention to detail in housekeeping was lacking - replacing tissues/coffee etc. Bathrooms are strangely small with no space to hang towels. However - these are very minor issues which probably dont matter!

  : Bad sound insolation of rooms. We could hear every single sound from our neighbour room.
