  : Apartment Deluxe We really enjoyed our stay because of calm and beautiful location with breathtaking view from the apartment. Our host Miro was really kind, friendly and caring. Whenever we needed anything, it wasn't problem for him (for example new towels, blankets, toilet paper etc.). He gave us tips for best beaches in the area and he made himself sure that everything is alright. He also prepared little surprise gift for our first arrival which was really nice. We overall liked our apartment because it was well equipped, new and clean. Promotion photos also 100% match with reality. Big plus points of equipment are washing machine and oven. Whole accomodation is also handicap friendly and accessible.
  : We think that there are few things which are not necessary but can be changed for even better experience: - there could be more kitchen accessories (plastic boxes, potato peeler) but it's subjective - air condition in our apartment was placed just in the living room and not in the bedroom which is not so comfortable in hot summer nights - for four people there wasn't enough storage space in the closet

  : The location was good and the host was nice. The view from the Studio apartment is nice and the apartment itself is visually pleasing. There is also air conditioning available.
  : Although the aparment seems nice at first, there are some issues that came up and are unacceptable by all means. None or very few of these were brought up in other user reviews and I am still wondering, why this accomodation has a rating of 9,6 on Booking, especially with these elementary problems. First of all, there was a lack of hygiene. The pots and dishes in the kitchen were dirty and therefore we had to clean each one of them before use. The bedsheets and towels had stain marks on them, which is really horrible. Besides the lack of basic hygiene, there were also comfort issues - the bed was the worst bed we had ever slept on. There were some kind of floor panels under the mattress, which made the bed really hard and uneven. The mattress was really thin and our backs and necks really hurt every morning. The pilows weren't comfortable. We barely got any sleep and I would advise against choosing the studio apartment because of this. Another thing that has to be noted is poor sound isolation - we could hear people talk next door in other apartments, this might be an issue for some people. When choosing this aparment, note that it can only be accessed by car, the hill is steep, long and it might put lower skilled drivers in distress. Again, I do not ask for over luxurious experiences, especially not for this price (50 eur/night). Although, given the high rating of 9,6; we really expected that these basic things such as hygiene and comfort wouldn't be an issue. The aparment is visually pleasing, but once you step inside, you see all these problems - some of them are really not acceptable. I really hope that this gives the host motivation for improvement. User reviews also appear to be a bit off point and misleading - I guess most people choose not to write a bad review, maybe it's because of the kind host.
