  : The grandmother of the owner was very welcoming and polite, and she really tried to make situation better.
  : The room does not represent the pictures on booking and communication was very rude. It was a deception. The room is very old style. We booked 30m2 room for 3 adults. We received 10m2 instead, the 3rd person had to sleep on a folding bed which was almost on the floor. The pictures of booking showed the room had a kitchen on the balcony and a big fridge inside. In reality -A very small kitchen was inside, and the fridge was also small. The room was so small that 3 adults could barely move inside. The bathroom- there is no ventilation system, only a hole in the wall. The balcony- too small for 3 adults. These apartments are managed by owner+ agency. When we received the room I complained about the received facilities, and the owner did not want to communicate with us, she communicated through agent, who was very rude with me by the phone . During the communication with agent and owner on WhatsApp chat I was called crazy by messages in Croatian. As a result- I was refused with room change. Additionally, it is very noisy apartment- you can hear everything from the street and lower balcony inside even if you close the window. The price does not match the quality at all.
