  : Breakfast was very good, with many options. The view from the lake view room and balcony was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel didn't feel too crowded and had multiple areas to sit outside and enjoy the view e.g. by the pool or breakfast hall.
  : Some breakfast items didn't seem to be replenished well at 9am, an hour before breakfast finishes. The scrambled egg wasn't kept hot by the heater underneath which appeared to be turned off. You could hear noises from the other rooms e.g. toilet flushing, and from the hallway, probably as this is an older building and the doors aren't as thick as in other hotels.

  : The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on arrival. The pool and outside areas were lovely. The breakfast room was clean and had great views. The breakfast was good. Coffee machine, juice, eggs, meats and cheeses, fruit, cereals, toast and pastries. The view from the room was beautiful and the balcony was great. The toiletries were good.
  : The room was basic, there was only 1 socket and this was for the minibar and kettle. There was a socket in the bathroom for the hairdryer but this is not enough for also charging phones and using other electrical equipment. We were given paper cups for tea and coffee and these were not replenished after the first day. The glasses were only rinsed out by the cleaner. The beds were not made each day though the cleaner came in each day and just threw the covers back over the bed, which was hardly worth the effort. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom. There is a steep slope and lots of stairs so would not be suitable for people who arent physically fit. There are dogs.
