: We had a lovely room with a view of the sea over the pool and bar. The beds were comfortable and the room and facilities clean. Due to Covid it wasnt at full capacity and we found it easy to get sun beds around the pool with an umbrella for shade. The childrens pool was a nice size and the large pool was perfect if you like doing a few lengths to earn your lunch. Hotel was happy to book taxis to local beaches, airport etc and we preferred to do this to dodge public transport. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice including Greek yogurt, honey and fresh fruit as well as the normal continental selection. Food and service at the beach bar was fantastic, George and Georgina were great and nothing was too much trouble.A lovely hotel with a real family feel, current Covid situation means we emptied our own bins, cleaned our own room and had to request new towels but we were happy to do this to reduce contact with others.
: There are extra charges for air con 7 euro a day (I think) and WiFi on 5 devices 5 euro (I think) a day that we werent aware of before arrival. In August and travelling with kids make both essential and would be better included in the room price.

: The hotel and the room were clean. The room was big enough. There are 3 parrots in the bar area. Lots of trees on the hotel territory including mango trees.
: We spent first night in another hotel due to unknown reasons. The lady at the reception told us to come to the reception at 12.00 on the next day. When we come at 12.00 on the next day, we saw her leaving the hotel with another guests by car. We waited for 2 hours without explanations, but finally got our room at about 14.00. The hotel does not suit for the disabled people, too many stairs.

: The breakfast was good.
: The hotel had parrots at the dining area. Firstly it is very sad to see animals, especially big and smart birds in a small cages. And secondly the parrots kept a lot of noises which was very unpleasing. So the hotel would have been better without the parrots.
