  : You are encouraged to leave the Hotel more often.
  : The hotel is best prepared to accommodate families with small children, if you are adults or the children are above the age of 12 probably you won't be happy here.The rooms need maintenance and there are no pool for adults, only children pools.in the evening there are no possibility to sit around the pool to just talk and enjoy the breeze.The only sitting possibility is either in the overcrowded lobby and the game room where there are daily loud shows and not enough ventilation or seats.Sound isolation in the room is also very poor, you'll be hearing everyone walking in the corridor and in the neighbour room.As far as the food goes, well we skipped a lots of meals and we had to buy our instant coffee...........

  : The location is great, the staff from restaurant and reception are really Friendly.
  : My son fell sick and throw up near the swimming pool, the life guards didn't give any assistance ( some of them didn't speak English, and that's is important if you need to communicate for help) we've asked for tissue to clean the child's face, but they say they don't have it and that we should get it from the restaurant. Also the manager saw what had happened and in any moment he did ask if the child needed help. If the hotel is a 4 stars , the staff should give more attention to the customers. Also the cleaning of our room wasn't done properly, in 7 days we were there, no one never cleaned under the bed, and as you can imagine, with children, we were always getting back the toys full of dust and hair as it went beneath the bed.We went to this hotel last year and the management was much better, even if this year they have the same Manager. The umbrellas from the pool were flying allover, as they bought a very different ones from last year, this umbrellas were making everyone upset and worried about some child would get hurt.

  : The staff went out and beyond to make sure we had a good time, in particular caring for one of our party who is celiac. The room was big and beds were comfortable. Despite the railtracks being nearby, noise cancelling double glaxzing was very good. The food quality was good in the buffet.
  : Would have liked more kids activities, the ones we joined were a little underwhelming. While the room was comfortable, it was very bare. The dining room was very noisy and overcrowded at meal times (lunch times in particular were short so it got super busy). There was no allergen signage on the food

  : We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The staff were very friendly except for one occasion when we felt neglected. Otherwise, the room was lovely, spacious enough, and comfortable. Cleaning was exceptional, but the all-inclusive service let us down.The beach was lovely, grainy sand and warm water.
  : There is no coffee machine in the room, and no coffee or tea is available at other times than at breakfast and maybe in the evening when the indoor bar opens. No water fountain available, long queue to the bar, very noisy indoor communal areas, and not much entertainment. It was not what we expected, but maybe just not on our liking.

  : Visited with 2 young granddaughters, they loved it. Not quite my "Cup of tea" but I have no complaints. The staff were very diligent and obviously hard working. We were really well looked after. Thank you

  : Great pool for the little ones and slides for bigger kids, too! Nice rooms, especially the ones with a sea view. Good parking facilities just outside of hotel for free. Nice & friendly staff, too. Definitely good value for money - we got a full board without alcohol and it was totally a steal
  : The building has seen better days and ventilation in the restaurant area could be improved to remove the food odors better. Food quality is ok if you are not picky, but will be an issue for anyone with a more refined taste. Finally, the public areas are noisy, especially in the evenings, but there are rooms looking the other direction, too.

  : The pool facilities were great and ideal for our 4 year old I must of got 20,000 plus steps in day running around that pool. The staff were fantastic you can see how hard they work. The location along the beach coast is fantastic if you like going for a morning run it's so ideal as its flat and goes on for miles and miles with lots of urban gyms along the routes. For the kids there's lots to do with water sports, trampolines, arcades and tat shops for days. The hotel is 100m from a train station and we travelled back to Barcelona using it and it's so cheap, if you don't have loads of bags I'd use the public transport as its so cheap, reliable and easy to use.
  : Lack of entertainment in the evenings and when there was it was on really late like 10pm for the magic show. The food and drink was really average we ate out most evenings and getting a drink at the bar was quite often a mission long queues and drinks served in tiny plastic cups I would say there is little value in going all inclusive as the price to eat out and drink isn't too bad. If your a bit stuck up and snobby this place is not for you it's a bit rough nothing to do with the hotel just the ppl it attracts, guests are often quite rude to the staff and let their children run around wild while they are attempting maximum alcohol intake and getting as sun burnt as possible. If you can handle that just get amongst it and you'll be fine.
