  : - The apartment is nice, very well equipped (FYI lacks a hair dryer and an iron) with a very nice balcony and a sea view from the hill (another option was the apartment with garden, would be good for the barbecue). Bonus - oak tree surrounding the balcony, providing shade and birds song while you drink coffee on the balcony in the morning. My fav place! - The beds are very comfortable. - A lot of storage space. - AC. - We never met the owners, but the people from the agency who handle the booking are very nice, informative, helpful and effective. - The guests are mostly weekenders, it was pretty quiet during the weekdays.
  : - The location is not ideal, it was 20 minutes away from the beach, 35 mins to the beach we liked (Haludovo, FKK), up the hill on the way back, which made it impossible to move a lot without a car. The local tourist train takes the people up after dinner, but the last one leaves the center of the town at 10:30 PM, which makes it impossible to use it if you stay longer. It took us 40 minutes to come from the center of Malinska to the apartment. - Extra payment for two dogs (5 per dog per day) made the deal a bit overpriced.
